Pet owners can use their mobile phone and Google Hangouts to present their pet's problem.
Since we are familiar with these animals' pre-existing conditions, we can assess whether and to what extent the animal needs to be seen at one of our practices. If necessary, we can also arrange for the animals to be picked up. In simple cases, we can also deliver prescriptions or medications directly.
How can I use the video consultation?
To use this service, you can register directly via Google or on Schedule an appointment on our website request, which is then confirmed.
A 15-minute video consultation costs €22.56 according to the German Veterinary Fee Schedule (GOT).
