This is primarily for the following reasons:
- logistically easier to handle for all employees (no overnight stays or long journeys)
- learn in a familiar environment with existing material
- smaller learning groups that also work together later
- Great topic loss - focused on the wishes of our veterinarians
Today it started with Dr. Michael Koch with our surgeons in the area of osteosynthesis (bone surgery):
Dr. Michael Koch is a recognized and well-known surgeon who has attended many renowned training events.
We at doc4pets want to further expand this very practice-oriented training series with experts from other specialist areas.
In addition, our veterinarians have the opportunity to attend ongoing webinars/online courses with ATF hours Vetinare
Improve International is another training partner where senior physicians and potential managers have the opportunity to obtain an internationally recognized qualification as a general practitioner, for example.
In the long term, this in conjunction with our in-house mentoring is intended to ensure, in addition to learning on the job, the professional development of each member of our veterinary team in their area of interest, which ultimately also benefits our little patients.
