Meaning & Purpose

Dear colleagues,

Each permanent employee now has the opportunity, using this form, to arrange a personal meeting of 1 hour directly with me – Sven Jan – either annually or as needed.

Annual performance reviews – content

It would be nice if you could prepare the following points for yourselves if you would like an annual review:

Workplace in general

  • What do you like?
  • What do you dislike most?
  • What suggestions for improvement do you have?

Personal workspace

  • Where do you see yourself next year?
  • What goals have you set for yourself?
  • Which training courses would you like to take (please select specific ones)?

Behavior of colleagues

Behavior of superiors

Salary increase expectations – what is your reasoning?

Working time development (do you want to work more hours or fewer)


Other conversations

Otherwise, this calendar also serves as a tool for requests for conversations outside of the annual reviews and should always be used when something is urgently on your mind and you need to talk about it promptly.


The confidentiality of these conversations is guaranteed, and therefore they always take place individually!
